Flipkart and amazon are two big competitions in Indian Online market. Both are trying to attract more and more customers to their sites.
Flipkart organised a one day event - "Big billion Day" whereas on the other hand Amazon came up with concept " Amazon Appiness offers" where it sold product at huge discounts.
However needless to mention, both these websites are world class and provide awesome customer service !!
Returns and refunds are too hassle free on these e-commerce giants.
