Now Ola has introduced "Guaranteed Time of Arrival" where users who book Ola share and travel in it is not able to reach the destination at the "expected time" will get a refund of Rs.50 or full fare.
How to get a refund of Rs.50 or full fare if not reached the destination on time? :

2 . Book a Ola share ride and complete your ride
3 . Done !!
If the ride is not completed at the "expected time" as shown in the map, you are eligible to get Rs.50 or full fare as refund from Ola.
Terms and conditions :
- A refund of Rs. 50 or full fare, whichever is lower will be initiated
- Refund will be done within 48 hours
- Limited period offer available only on Share rides
- Total ride time will be calculated after sharing of OTP to “Start Trip” & any refund will be processed accordingly
- Ola reserves the right to withdraw/modify the offer at its discretion
- Guaranteed Time of Arrival on Share rides applicable only for users receiving this communication
