2. Marico's customer care executive will call back you back within 48 hours of receiving the missed call.
3. On call back, the customer care executive will register your Unique Scratch Code and place the booking as per your choice. Your preferred Date of Visit should be 7 days post the registration date.
4. You will receive a booking confirmation call 48 working hours prior to your requested booking date. You will also receive an e-mail and SMS confirming your booking.
5. Finally, to redeem the offer flash the SMS or Printout of E-mail at the Salon and redeem the offer.

- This offer entitles you to a Free Haircut including blow dry at participating Salons.
- The offer is valid on all days including weekends and public holidays. Offer valid in select cities and outlets. Packs without offer are also available.

- Once booked, the service cannot be cancelled. If you do not show up at the Salon, your Scratch Code will be deemed as redeemed and cannot be re-used. You can request for re-scheduling the appointment within 48 hours of booking confirmation.
