2.In the IOCL Retail Outlet, fill fuel and head to the billing counter
3. Pick the “PhonePe” option for billing
4. The merchant will initiate the payment using PhonePe PoS device. Scan through your PhonePe app
5. Use the relevant payment mode as described above to be eligible for the offer
6. You will be redirected to the payment screen of PhonePe
