Solutions for Health Diseases by Home Remedy-
We have mentioned here some of Most Common Health Diseases, which we face generally and their Solutions-
1. Soak a wash cloth in cool tap water, wring out the excess water and then sponge areas like your armpits, feet, hands and groin to reduce the temperature.
Precaution: Do not use very cold water as it may cause the internal body temperature to increase.
2- Boil together 20 basil leaves and one teaspoon of crushed ginger in one cup water, until the solution gets reduced to half. Add a little honey and drink this tea two or three times a day for three days. Make a tea by mixing one teaspoon of basil with one-fourth teaspoon of pepper in one cup of boiling water. Steep for five minutes, and then strain and drink the tea. Drink it two or three times daily until you recover completely.
3- Finely mince one garlic clove and add it to one cup of hot water. Steep for 10 minutes, strain and sip it slowly. Drink this twice a day and you will feel much better the next day. Warm a mixture of two crushed garlic cloves and two tablespoons of olive oil. Apply this mixture over the sole of each foot, leaving a few spots uncovered. Wrap your feet with gauze to keep the garlic in place and leave it on overnight. For some people, this can eliminate a fever in just one night.
Precaution: Garlic remedies are not recommended for pregnant ladies and small children
4- Put two tablespoons of ginger powder in a bathtub filled with warm water and mix well. Soak in this water for 10 minutes. Pat dry your body and go to bed. Cover yourself completely with a blanket. Soon you will start sweating and your fever will come down.
5- Soak 25 raisins in one-half cup of water for one hour, or until the raisins become soft.
Crush the soaked raisins in the water and strain the liquid. Add the juice of half a lime to this solution. Have this twice a day until your fever is gone.
1- Heat half a cup of water in a boiling pot. Add one teaspoon turmeric powder, and one teaspoon black pepper. You may also add cinnamon sticks. Boil this for about two to three minutes. Add one tablespoon of honey. Drink this daily until the condition improves.
2- Cut fresh ginger into small slices and crush them slightly. Put them in a cup of water and bring to a boil. Drink this herbal solution three to four times a day for relief from sore throat, non-stop coughing and even congestion. You can also some lemon juice and honey to it.
3- A simple cough syrup can be made by combining two tablespoons of lemon juice and one tablespoon of honey. Drink this healthy syrup several times a day.
4- Boil two to three cloves of garlic in a cup of water and add a teaspoon of oregano. Allow it to cool to room temperature, add some honey and drink it. This will help your breathing and alleviate other cough symptoms
5- combine one-half teaspoon of onion juice with one teaspoon of pure honey. Swallow this solution at least twice a day to alleviate a cough and soothe your throat.
6- Hot milk with honey can relieve a dry cough and reduce chest pain you may be experiencing from continuous coughing. For best results, drink it before going to sleep.
1-Mix one teaspoon each of dried ginger powder, cumin powder, cinnamon powder, and honey. Consume it three times a day.
2- Mix one to two tablespoons of apple cider vinegar in a glass of water. Drink it two times a day until your condition improves.
3- Mash one ripe banana and add one teaspoon of tamarind pulp and a pinch of salt to it. Mix it well. Eat this mixture twice daily to settle an upset digestive system.
4-Put one teaspoon of chamomile flowers and one teaspoon of peppermint leaves in a cup of boiling water. Let it steep for about 15 minutes. Drink this herbal tea at least three times a day to speed up the healing process.
5- Eating yogurt that contains ‘live cultures’ is another effective way to help your body recover from diarrhea. ‘Live cultures’ are gut-friendly bacteria that provide a layer of protection in the intestines and help generate lactic acid to flush bacterial toxins out of the body.
1- Add one-half teaspoon of cinnamon powder to a cup of warm milk. Stir it well and then drink it. You can also add some honey.
2- Add two teaspoons of apple cider vinegar to a glass of warm water. Allow the water to cool to room temperature, and then drink it.
3- Take equal parts of ground ginger, fennel, and cardamom. Mix them thoroughly. Now, take a cup of water. Add one teaspoon of this mixture and a pinch of asafetida (hing) in it. Drink this once or twice a day.
4- Mix one teaspoon each of carom seeds (ajwain) and black salt in a cup of buttermilk. If you do not have carom seeds, use celery seeds. Drink this solution.
5- Put the juice of one fresh lemon in a glass and add some baking soda to it. This will cause fizzing. Add some more baking soda and a cup of water and stir it well so the baking soda dissolves completely. Drink this slowly.
6- Boil some ground garlic in water for a few minutes, adding a small amount of black pepper and cumin seeds. Strain it and let it cool to room temperature. Drink this two or three times a day to see results in a few days.
1- Mix equal parts of ginger juice and lemon juice. Consume it once or twice a day.
2- Menthol and menthone are the primary components of mint which are very effective in alleviating headaches.
3- Mix three drops of peppermint essential oil in one tablespoon of almond oil, olive oil or just water. Massage your forehead and temples with it. Or, you can put crushed fresh peppermint leaves on your forehead.
4- Put three or four fresh basil leaves in a cup of boiling water and let it simmer for a few minutes. Optionally, add a little honey and then sip the tea slowly.
5- Applying an ice pack to the back of your neck can give you relief from a migraine headache. You can also place a washcloth dipped in ice-cold water over your head for five minutes. Repeat the process several times.
1-Mix equal amounts of pepper and common salt with a few drops of water to form a paste. Apply the paste directly on the affected tooth and allow it to sit for a few minutes. Do this daily for several days.
2- Mix a crushed garlic clove (or garlic powder) with some table salt or black salt and apply it directly on the affected tooth to alleviate the pain. If you prefer, you can chew one or two cloves of garlic to get relief. Repeat this natural treatment for a few days
3- Grind two whole cloves. Mix in a little olive oil or any vegetable oil and apply on the affected tooth. Another option is to dab a cotton ball in clove oil and rub it directly on the sore tooth. Or, you can mix a few drops of clove oil in half a glass of water and use it as a mouth rinse.
4- At the first sign of a toothache, chew raw onion for a few minutes to relieve the pain. If you are not able to chew it, place a piece of raw onion directly on the bad tooth or gum
