How to Recharge, Pay Bills & Send money to get a Scratch card upto Rs.1,000? :
- Download PhonePe app from here or update the app to the latest version (3.3.36)
- Transfer money and get a scratch card :
Transfer a minimum of Rs.100 via UPI to a different PhonePe user
- 1st prepaid recharge during offer period :
During the offer period, Three scratch cards will be awarded on first 3 prepaid mobile recharges (Minimum of Rs.30) in December
- On first postpaid bill payment :
Get a scratch card and win up to Rs.1000 Cashback on first Postpaid bill payment of minimum Rs.200 during the offer period
- First Electricity Bill Payment during offer period :
Get a scratch card and win up to Rs.1000 Cashback on first Electricity Bill Payment of minimum Rs.300 on PhonePe
- First DTH recharge done during the offer period :
Get a scratch card and win up to Rs.1000 Cashback on first DTH recharge of minimum Rs.100 done during the offer period
- Broadband Bill Payment :

Transfer money :
- Get a scratch card up to ₹1,000 for every different PhonePe user you send money to in a week
- Offer is eligible only for money transfers done using UPI
- Money transfer must be for a minimum of ₹100
- Each of the recipients of the money transfer must be different PhonePe users
- Each of the recipients need to have a different bank account linked to their PhonePe account
- Money transfer must be to a PhonePe user (user registered on PhonePe with their bank account linked, or to a PhonePe UPI ID)
- Offer is not eligible for money transfers made to a non-PhonePe UPI ID or to a bank account (using account number and IFSCcode)
- Money transfer must be initiated and completed on the PhonePe app using a PhonePe linked bank account and not with any other UPI enabled application
- This offer is not available in the state of Tamil Nadu (owing to the Tamil Nadu Prize Scheme (Prohibition) Act 1979) and other states wherever prohibited by law.
- Offer is valid from midnight, 1st December 2018 and is valid till 11:59:59 PM, 31st December 2018
- A scratch card will be awarded to a user every time a money transfer is done to a different PhonePe user
Each recipient must have different bank account linked to their PhonePe account
- This offer can be availed once per user/bank account number/mobile number/mobile device
- Scratch card will be rewarded to your active PhonePe account within 24 hours of successful completion of the transaction.
- Cashback given against the scratch card cannot be withdrawn to any linked bank account or transferred to other customers.
Prepaid recharge :
- Minimum transaction amount of ₹30 to be paid through BHIM UPI, Debit / Credit Card
- Valid on first three prepaid mobile recharges in December
- Valid on BHIM UPI, Debit / Credit Card or (BHIM UPI+Wallet) or (Debit / Credit Card + Wallet) payment modes
- Scratch card will not be awarded to customers doing their first ever recharge on PhonePe which is a Jio Recharge of ₹149 or ₹398 and above with ‘BHIM UPI’ or ‘BHIM UPI+Wallet’ as the payment instrument. Postpaid bill payment :
- Minimum transaction amount is ₹200 to avail this offer
- Valid on customer’s first on first Postpaid bill payment on PhonePe during the offer period
- Transactions paid for using ONLY wallet balance will not be eligible for the offer
- In case of payments where part of the amount is paid using wallet, the offer will be applicable on the total transacted amount.
- For example, if a recharge of ₹300 is paid using ₹100 gift voucher balance and ₹200 through BHIM UPI/Cards, the cashback amount will be calculated on the entire amount of ₹300
- Offer valid only if the Bill Payments is paid through
