4. Fill in all your personal details. Select the type of ID-PROOF and ADDRESS-PROOF , you want to attach and then click on "Attach file" option.
5. Now, select and upload both files in the pdf, .jpg, .png, formats. Remember, the File size should not be more than 2 MB.
6. Select your city & state. Now, click on "Submit to Upgrade Wallet"
7. After this, one of the Mobikwik agent will visit you to verify these documents. Kindly keep 2 photographs ready.

Features of MobiKwik Wallet-
A. Feature Conditions-
- Currency of issue- Indian Rupees only.
- Re-loading funds- MobiKwik Silver Wallet is re-loadable, subject to the condition that maximum outstanding balance must not exceed INR 10,000/- (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand only) per month at any point in time. MobiKwik Gold Wallet is re-loadable, subject to the condition that maximum outstanding balance must not exceed INR 10,0000/- (Indian Rupees One Lac only) at any point in time.
- Cash withdrawal- Cash withdrawal and redemption of balance from MobiKwik Wallet is prohibited under RBI Regulations.
- Transferability- RBI Regulations prohibit transfers of Accounts and/or MobiKwik Wallets from a User to any third party.
- Validity period- 3 (three) years from the date of registration.
- Maximum permissible period of non-use of a MobiKwik Wallet- 6 (six) months from the date of registration.
B. Limit Conditions-
- Wallet to Merchant Transfer- Silver: Maximum of INR 10,000/- (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand only) per MobiKwik Wallet per month, or any other limits as may be prescribed by MobiKwik from time to time to mitigate against fraud. Gold: Maximum of INR 10,0000/- (Indian Rupees One lac only) per MobiKwik Wallet at any point of time, or any other limits as may be prescribed by MobiKwik from time to time to mitigate against fraud.
- Wallet to Wallet Transfer- Permitted up to INR 4,000/- (Indian Rupees Four Thousand only) per transaction and INR 10,000/- (Indian Rupees Ten Thousand only) per month, or any other lower limit that we may prescribe from time to time in order to mitigate against fraud. Total daily & monthly cumulative count of permitted transactions is 5 and 25 respectively.
- Wallet to Bank Transfer- Permitted up to INR 500/- (Indian Rupees Five Hundred only) per transaction and INR 2,000/- (Indian Rupees Two Thousand only) per month, or any other lower limit that we may prescribe from time to time in order to mitigate against fraud. Total daily & monthly cumulative count of permitted transactions is 1 and 4 respectively.
- Per transaction limits- Every per transaction limit is capped at the amount of outstanding balance existing in a MobiKwik Wallet at the time of attempting a transaction, or any other limit that We may prescribe from time to time in order to mitigate against fraud.
